Using a Purchase order
There is a $5 UW-Madison surcharge/processing fee for each purchase order (PO) created.
Private entities (businesses and individuals) requesting to be invoiced will incur a $5 UW-Madison surcharge/processing fee that will be added to your order for invoicing. If you are able to use a credit card for your purchase you will avoid the additional $5 fee that is applied for invoicing.
PDF Files – I want to print or download a publication that has a PDF file on your website.
If a document does not print correctly, check what version of Adobe Acrobat Reader you have installed on your computer. If you have an older version, it may be necessary to download the current version. You may download a free copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader here.
Staff Discount
Division of Extension faculty and staff are eligible to receive the staff discount. You must be logged in to receive your staff discount. If you are unable to log in, please contact us. If you are setting up a new account you will not automatically be given the tax exempt status or the staff discount. You must call customer service to set up a new account and receive the proper tax exempt status and staff discount.
