Steve Grabow has helped design and facilitate a wide variety of strategic planning initiatives in counties, cities, and villages. He provides concepts and case studies from his practice in Jefferson County to illustrate the strategic planning process. Steve is also the co-team leader of UW-Extension Strategic Planning Program Team which has trained over 600 practitioners in strategic planning.
