Insights on Recent Changes to Wisconsin Land Use Law (02-15-2017): Over the past several years various legislative changes have altered the practice of Wisconsin land use law. These include new legislation governing the use of local government moratoria, time of sale restrictions, shoreland zoning, historic preservation, the regulation of nonconforming structures, vested rights, and many other aspects of local land use regulation.
