1. Order online using your credit card (MasterCard or Visa).
2. Call our toll-free number after April 13, 2020. Be sure to have the following information available when placing your order:
-Name, mailing address, phone number, and e-mail address
-Item SKU and title
-Credit card number, expiration date, and three digit verification code. If you need to leave a voice message, please do NOT give your credit card information. Customer service will return your call.
Payment: We accept Visa and MasterCard. If paying by check, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Interdepartmental orders: Email us at email@example.com before placing your order.
International orders: Must be prepaid by check. U.S. bank approval is required for all foreign checks.
Tax exempt orders: Fax your exemption certificate to 608-265-2530 or e-mail it to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please call us before placing your first order to ensure your account credentials include tax exemption.
Returns and refunds: All sales are final. Digital downloads are nonrefundable. Please contact email@example.com with questions about your order.
Prices and shipping rates
Check online for the latest prices before placing an order, as prices are subject to change without notice. State and local taxes apply to Wisconsin orders.
U.S. orders are shipped via UPS and USPS.
